People have asked for and management is working
to deliver more ZUMBA CLASSES here at the Millsop Community Center.
We now offer Zumba Fitness five days a week.
Stacey Mort headlines our popular Zumba Fitness classes Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., then
again on Saturday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Amanda Pulice is now on board with Mainstream Zumba on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Zumba uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning
and total body toning. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals and the most important muscle in the body –
the heart. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dances.

Students know that they can just go with the flow and enjoy the party! Because of hot, sexy and explosive Latin and exotic
music rhythms that make up Zumba, all participants will be motivated to return to a Zumba class again and again.
Zumba is has rapidly become the next fitness
sensation! It is a hot, energetic and high intensity workout designed for EVERYONE.
This cardio-based workout has some components
of resistance/sculpting training to tone the entire body from top to bottom and from inside out.
