Fit Classes are designed for ANYONE (Swim Level 3 & Up) who want to add swimming to their health and fitness routine or
to just get a little exercise.
is a great way to improve cardio respiratory fitness and endurance. It is also a great all-over body workout, increasing core
strength and muscle tone in a non-impact environment. It is also a proven recovery method.

Murphy in a manner designed to increase fitness levels while providing stroke correction and instruction to improve swimming
Classes will be held from to Fridays from OCT. 14 thru NOV. 18. Only a limited number of openings are available.
Be it a youngster
or parent who is recreational swimmer wanting to improve his or her fitness and swimming ability or others who have goals
of participating in open water and other aquatic activities, these classes are for geared for all.
* The instructor
may assess ability and recommend a basic swim lesson course first before taking SWIM FIT program.
