Turbo KickŪ Offers
Fun Way to Exercise

The Weirton Millsop Community Center is now showcasing a new cardio kickboxing program that is sure to knock people’s socks off and few pounds too: Turbo KickŪ


Classes -- scheduled Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. -- offer an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Turbo KickŪ is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workout.


“Why is Turbo KickŪ different? Because we don’t take ourselves too seriously,” Instructor

Julia Jenkins said. “We’ve have been trained in the art of fun. Each class feels like a party while you improve your health and body.”


Taught in more than 2,000 clubs worldwide, the popular format is committed to constant evolution and emphasis on the “fun factor”.


Jenkins said Turbo KickŪ delivers cutting edge material that promises to sustain popularity and member interest year after year.

This class is recommended for everyone – from beginners to the most advanced.
